RJC Cabinetry ("we", "us", "our") of Baldivis, Western Australia is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, store and disclose your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).
We may collect: your name, phone number, email address, project address, project details and preferences, photos or plans you provide, correspondence with us, and payment details relevant to invoicing. We collect this when you submit our website contact form, complete our online onboarding form (hosted by Tally), phone, SMS or email us, engage us for a project, or interact with our social media pages.
We use your personal information to respond to enquiries, arrange site visits, prepare quotes and proposals, deliver and manage your project, issue invoices and receipts, provide warranty and aftercare support, and — where you would reasonably expect it — send service communications about your project. We do not sell your personal information.
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies, including Google Analytics and Meta (Facebook) Pixel, to understand how visitors use the site and to measure advertising. We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss, unauthorised access, modification or disclosure, including access controls on our systems and reputable cloud providers. No internet transmission is completely secure; you provide information at your own risk.
You may request access to or correction of the personal information we hold about you by emailing info@rjccabinetry.com. We will respond within a reasonable period. If you have a privacy concern, contact us first and we will endeavour to resolve it within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at www.oaic.gov.au.
