Every project follows our documented seven-stage client journey: enquiry and site visit, quote and scope, design and finish selection, final site measure, materials and production, installation, and handover with aftercare. You'll always know what happens next, what it costs, and who's accountable.

Before anything is built. You receive a fixed-price proposal with a clear scope before a single sheet is ordered. Any changes along the way are documented as variations and approved by you before work proceeds — transparent from quote to handover.

Every install is backed by our 7-year workmanship warranty, alongside the manufacturers' warranties on boards, benchtops and hardware from premium suppliers like Polytec, Laminex, Caesarstone, Blum and Häfele.
